NDI Meta-Circles are advisory sub-committees composed of members who bring specific expertise, knowledge, skills, and lived experiences to support the work of the NDI Core Circle (Board). Their role is to provide thoughtful input, recommendations, and informed perspectives that help guide the Core Circle in making decisions that reflect the needs and perspectives of the broader membership. While Meta-Circles do not hold decision-making authority, they play a critical role in strengthening transparency, collaboration, and community engagement within NDI. Participation in a Meta-Circle also offers members a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of NDI’s structure, priorities, and leadership functions, and to build confidence and readiness for potential nomination or service on the NDI Core Circle.
